Moda Living brings two directors on board

PRS developer Moda Living has made two new senior hires, appointing Mark Howe and Mathew Gonzalez as directors.

Howe will work as project director, focusing on schemes north of Birmingham. He has joined from Malaysian-based developer BRDB Developments, where he worked on luxury residential schemes.

He previously worked at ISIS Waterside Regeneration, overseeing developments including Granary Wharf in Leeds and Islington Wharf in Manchester.

Gonzalez, previously of construction consultancy Jackson Coles, has joined as development director to work on projects in London and the South East.

In his previous job, he worked on the Old Vinyl Factory, a £250m mixed-use redevelopment of the former HMV pressing plant in Hayes, west London.

“Our ambition is to be the leading provider of high-quality rental apartments in the UK,” Tony Brooks, managing director of Moda Living, said. “The wealth of experience Mark and Mathew have to offer will be crucial to meeting that aim.”
